As a design/construction professional, working directly with retailers has given me a deep understanding of all aspects of retail business. I embrace collaboration at all levels to deliver impactful prototypes and roll out programs that exceed the visual and operational needs while enabling on target timelines and budgets.
I enjoy leading teams to establish strategic goals, develop creative solutions, and deliver effective environments.
Mentoring the next generation of retail designers has become a part of my core for more than 20 years. Through the combination of teaching design and engaging in professional organizations that offer educational opportunities, I enjoy staying connected and informed about trends and new tools for the industry.
